Build a stronger you! Our private Reformer Pilates sessions are all about you! We start with an assessment where we will take a look at how you move and discuss your goals. After this, we will write an individualised program that takes into account your body, your goals and your individual needs.

Our private Reformer Pilates sessions are run by our qualified instructors who undergo quality training, ongoing mentoring and in-house continuing education.
THE sessions
Our sessions run at various times throughout the week, to see our current schedule please see here. Our private reformer sessions run for 30 or 45 minutes and will be spent on the Pilates reformer with your instructor, working on your own individualised program. To gain the most from the sessions, like any other form of exercise, you need to do a series of sessions over a period of time.
HOW TO get started
We have created a special introductory pass to get you started!
Our introductory pass gives you three 30 minute private Reformer Pilates sessions at a discounted rate to help you get started.
In our first session, we will chat about your goals, ask you questions about your body and your current activity levels and perform a movement assessment. Our remaining two sessions will be spent working with your instructor on your program.
Following your introductory package, there are several options to continue on with your private Reformer Pilates sessions.

Yes! Our instructors undergo quality training, mentoring through our physiotherapy clinic and in-house education.

We are a friendly Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic. Those that visit the clinic are keen to learn how to move well, and are looking to support their bodies into the future by looking after their joint, muscle and bone health. If you are interested in learning how to move well and supporting your future self, these sessions are for you!
