Physiotherapy for hip pain
  • We take the time listen about what has happened, and gather all the information related to your condition.

  • We perform a thorough assessment to look at how you move, where you may have weakness or stiffness and to figure out what could be causing your pain and any contributing factors.

  • We apply hands on techniques where needed to help ease your pain, or help you to move better.

  • We may use our Pilates gym to strengthen, mobilise and teach you how to move well.

  • We take the time to explain what’s happening in your body and why.

  • We will come up with a plan together with you to get you back to doing what you love


We believe that ‘motion is lotion’ and like to support you during, and in between sessions with a take-home program, so that you can get better faster. We also run small group exercise based rehabilitation sessions using the Pilates large equipment (our Remedial Pilates Classes) to keep you on track with your rehab goal and to help bridge the gap between 1:1 physiotherapy and self management.
